The Neverland internship programme is a free, year-long course designed to equip prospective teachers for a successful career in the dance industry.

Interns audition for the opportunity to work alongside experienced Neverland staff as assistant teachers while being coached in the areas of culture, planning, class management, dance technique and choreography.

Successful interns can be confident in the offer of a formal job on staff for the following year.
